The resurfacing of tennis courts 3, 4, and 5 is progressing on schedule to be completed early March.

-
Concurrently, we are reviewing the optimal layout for courts 1 and 2 and an update will be shared in due course. An information evening will also be scheduled.

F&B Update
-
We are thrilled to welcome Chef Faisal to our team.
-
As of 16 December, the kitchen is now proudly managed by the Hollandse Club.
-
Chef Faisal’s team is starting to take shape, with a sous-chef and a kitchen helper in place, and recruitment is underway to complete the kitchen brigade. Recruitment is also ongoing for the position of Director of F&B and Events, waiters, and a restaurant manager to form our own dedicated service team.
-
In the interim, 3 Embers will continue to provide catering services for events until the end of March 2025, after which these services will also be managed in-house.
-
The menu has been adjusted to improve efficiency within the current temporary kitchen setup, while we continue to rebuild our supplier network to ensure the highest quality ingredients. This includes minimising the use of conventional ingredients and optimising costs.

Kitchen Renovation
-
Progressing on schedule, with the aim of having the kitchen operational, complete with the relevant licences, by the end of February.
-
More details on the transition plan will be shared soon.

Estate Upgrades
-
The railing on the lower terrace has been successfully restored, enhancing safety and aesthetics.
-
New furniture items are currently in production and are expected to arrive by end of January. The selection includes chairs for the upper and lower terraces, a lounge set for the upper terrace, barstools for the high-top tables, and tables, chairs and cushions for the poolside cabana.
-
To create a refreshed and inviting environment for relaxation and dining once the new furniture arrives, the parquet on the upper terrace has been repaired.
-
For the lighting and electricity upgrade, we have received various quotes and are exploring collaborations with potential sponsors. New fans will also be installed at the same time to improve the airflow.
-
Lastly, we are in the final stages of selecting a preferred partner for the awnings at the terrace and tennis pavilion.

Water Play Area
-
Efforts are ongoing to make the waterplay area a safer environment for kids by implementing a more durable flooring solution.
-
We are also reviewing the installation of a push button that would allow kids to activate the waterplay system, helping us manage water usage more efficiently.

Temporary adjustments
To support these projects, a few temporary adjustments will be in place.
-
A container for debris will be located at the reserved parking area, with alternative options available.
-
Drop-off and pick-up areas remain safe and clear throughout the renovations.

We recognise these works may cause inconvenience and changes to your usual routines, and we appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to make the Club an even better place to relax, play, and connect.
