A practice that targets the deeper connective tissues.  In today’s very “yang” and active lifestyle, we are regularly encouraged to do more, go faster and keep achieving. Yin Yoga brings a balanced, softer element of wellness to your health.  Through long held static poses we can improve range of motion and unwind physical tension.

& Tone class, you will experience low intensity stretching and toning exercises, inspired by Yoga and Pilates.

Barre is a FULL BODY dynamic workout technique inspired by elements of Pilates, Yoga and Ballet.

 

In class we focus on low-intensity, high-impact movements, using small props such as light weights, a Pilates ball, and a resistance band, resulting in a leaner body, stronger muscles and improved overall physique.

 

Barre is not just for ballerinas! It doesn’t involve dancing; however, you will find elements of ballet technique in class.

 

There will be moments you feel like a ballerina!
